FFA Max- 3% with non-reciprocal allowance of 2/1 for any excess from Seller to Buyer between 2% and 3%, fractions in proportion;

Moisture & impurities- Max 0.50%

Flash point- Min 250°F

Hydrocarbons content- Max 50mg/Kg

Cholesterol content- Max 0.7% of total sterols

 

Specifications of Refined, Bleached, Deodorized (RBD) sunflower oil-

Free Fatty Acid (As oleic)-0.1 PCT max

Moisture and Impurities- 0.1 PCT max

Colour (5.25” Lovibond cell)- 1.0 RED max

Cold test at 0 DEG C- For 5.5 hours passed

Peroxide value- 1 MEQ Peroxide/kg max

Saponification Value- 187 to 194
