Flayumi was born in 2025, it was created so that chefs could use high-quality flavors in their products.

Flavoring is a liquid or dry mixture of certain unique ingredients that create a unique taste in the composition. For example, in the most famous flavoring “Vanilla” we mix Bourbon Vanilla and add caramel notes of roasted sugar, for stability and brightness of the taste there is not enough nutty note, in the end we get classic Vanilla, which is usually added to fillings, dough and other confectionery products. This is one of the examples of creating such a single flavor.
